We are looking for lawn techs that are interested in taking their lawn careers to the next level. Our techs are well trained in the field, but also go through a training to learn our Great Care System – how to ‘create customers for life‘. This system is an all inclusive business training from marketing, sales, scheduling, invoicing and much more. After working at Great Care for a year, you will have skills that can be applied in several areas. Whether you want to grow with us, start your own company, or handle any job within the industry, you will have the capacity to do so.
