Temperatures in the teens, maybe warming up to mid 30’s this week. No snow in the forecast, but certainly winter is here. As long as there is no snow on the ground, try to get out there and keep the lawn clean. That will mainly be fallen sticks, maybe some residual leaves left over, probably mostly toys, but keep the lawn clean of all these objects. If they are left on the ground and then covered with snow, you may have some dead patches to deal with in the spring. One great project for the winter is to tune up the mower. Either empty the gas tank or use gas additive, change the oil and the spark plug, and get the blades sharpened. Clean or replace the filters, clean the under carriage and the engine of grass and leaves, and store it to hibernate. It will be ready to go when the weather starts to turn. Thanks ~ Andy
